@OnionSoup@yakkoTDI
No but they dam good snacks for the margaritas. The gingerbread ones are awesome but you think by now (the amount of times they’ve been on sale) they would be discounted?
@Star2236 If you mean the Michel & Augustin ones, I’ve got some now.
They are still fresh and they are each individually wrapped in the bags.
I find the flavor is meh. Not great, but also not awful. Would probably be best with coffee or tea instead of alone. I’m probably giving them away. I just tried another one to see if I felt differently about them, but I don’t.
@Star2236 I think they’re pretty good, but probably won’t buy them again. I was relieved to find that they don’t seem stale, which is what I was afraid of. I like the biscotti better though.
@mehmoth@Star2236 Agree totally, not great but not horrible. I put a bunch in the freezer where I imagine they can stay indefinitely if we ever want them again. Tried to offload to my nieces when they visited but they were like noooo…we’ll just take your Poptarts and ramen.
I bought them last time. They’re not bad, but when you bite into them they break really easily, like that taco shell. Dip them in coffee they’re really good but you can only dip it for 5 seconds anything more they start to disintegrate. I barely got through the first couple boxes and there’s a ton left. Guess it was worth it, but I got to kind of be in the mood for them. So I’ll probably end up throwing out half.
Not as good as my grandma made, but I got these in that last mixed box and they were pretty good. I don’t need that many though so I’m not buying again right now, gotta drop some weight
These are really good! I got the pumpkin ones in the giant stack o’ snacks and they’re still good.
Because I took them to the office so I’d stop eating them. Y’know how they say processed food is designed to be overeaten? Yeesh. I was more munchy after eating one than before, so then I ate a billion more.
I know my limits. I’m passing on this one. JUST SAY NO
I bought these several offers ago. They are yummy! For me the gingerbread has a more distinct flavor than the pumpkin spice. They are great with coffee or as a fast mid-afternoon snack. I’m in as supplies up in here are running low.
@cathyk39 I thought I would NOT like them, but I ordered anyway (Meh effect). I was surprised that I liked them both but the gingerbread a bit more. Neither was overly sweet or icky. Also worth noting these are smaller individual portions than the big ones I used to get in a plastic tub from Costco. I actually like that these are smaller for us responsible people that always practice portion control (ahem cough cough).

@yakkoTDI non

POKER! JOKER! NOT MEDIOCRE! AWESOME!
Now where’s the tercotti and quatercotti ?
@awk And they skipped right over the monocotti/manicotti.
/showme biscottis eating a Nonni
@mediocrebot That is quite terrifying.
Is it some sort of gladiator game, and the loser gets eaten? Why else would they be cheering on the eating of their brethren?
This is probably what happens with humans after the AI revolution.
Anybody try those cookie squares? The shortbread with the caramel and chocolate that they also have on sale?

@Star2236 We actually really like them!

The pumpkin spice ones I have from an earlier sale are still not stale.
My teeth are better now, so I’ll bite.
@hchavers Mine are worse, so I can’t!
Seriously what is with all the food?
I really miss the speaker docks and knives days.
@mcanavino But you can’t (shouldn’t) eat speaker docks and knives
@mcanavino All the speaker docks and knives expired. The food is good for a few weeks.
Get thee behind me MEH!!!

@Beruud Give them away!
@Beruud Yeah that’s… that’s how biscotti is
@Kyeh plan on it.
@Beruud Great - they’ll be happy!
Third time I’m buying these. Love them!

Going to give some of these to the local food shelter, as its likely they don’t get stuff like this usually.

I think that second quote was me.
I’m in for a refill.

I bought these previously & Love them. I gave a box to my daughter & she said " I didn’t care for Gingerbread but when I tried these I loved them."
The “Ask Irk” video (from 7 years ago) still cracks me up. (Oh, I missed the R. … I have some standards here, as mediocre as they are.)
