@Kyeh Just got mine that I bought on Morningsave for $ 15 less 10%. Not even worth the $ 9 you paid. Bush doesn’t even have the regular type of bristles. Tongs are low quality and not regular size-8 inches long-think I will give them to Walter.
@Felton10 Damn! But I was actually getting the tongs to use in my Foodi pot so maybe they’ll be okay for that. Well, I hope Walter has fun with that stuff - does he chew them?
@Kyeh I used the tongs tonight to lift hot dungeness crab legs out of the pot, but was hoping to add them to my others tongs to flips things on the grill, but they are not long enough for that. Walter will probably look at them and then ignore them-his preferred chew items are wood and cardboard.
@Felton10 Wow, no kidding - the tongs are just shrimpy! I’ll probably use them for an appetizer plate or something; not only small but flimsy. Odd because the domed cover is quite large and sturdy. Oh well… on the other hand I got one of the small Victor & Victoria teapots and it’s nicer than I expected.
@Kyeh Actually keep the tongs by the toaster oven to slide the grate out and take bagels off of it so of some use. The set is on sale at morningsave today for the same $ 9 you paid-too bad we can’t warn people.
I like the dome. We use an old wok lid for that purpose, and also when making cheese overflow burgers on flatiron; helps the cheese halo around the burger to brown and crisp after melting perfectly.

So I guess that wire rack is for cooking little things so they don’t fall through the grate?
@cinoclav Or soft things like fish?
Well, I wanted a silicon coated set of tongs anyway, so this seems like a good deal.

@Felton10 Wow, he’s tenacious, obviously. Maybe you can put his “sculptures” on display - some of the modern art you see isn’t as cool as that!
@Felton10 ![“art”][1]

@Felton10 Oh, the toaster oven is a good idea! So morningsave doesn’t have a forum, huh? Oh well!

I paid $ 15 for this at morningsave over a month ago and still haven’t gotten it. Nice job meh-keep me bend over and sticking it to me.
