It’s a bit of a stretch to say it comes in three flavors, though I guess if you grind a little from each bag together it would taste different. This comes in dark and extra dark. (The k cups come in extra light beans from the other side of the world.)
My favorite coffee beans just show up from a guy. I think I heard he’s an incognito country music star who just likes to have cool hobbies on the side.
I bought a Cuisinart grinder because it was supposed to be good and it ended up just making me deaf.
I spent a few weeks abusing amazons return policy looking for a quiet grinder. The KitchenAid coffee grinder was the winner. I can have a conversation with someone in the kitchen while grinding my beans, a feat that was unheard of when I used the Cuisinart. Pun fully intended.
@Konraden this is good to know. I, too, have the Cuisinart and it’s why I like my manual grinder so much. I only still have the electric for if I want to grind enough for a whole pot which is pretty rare these days so I should probably just part with it.
Arabica or Robusta?
Probably a blend of both or just robusta.
Elle’s cafe doesn’t state contents for these varieties, however on their premium varieties it states type of bean and origin.
I prefer arabica with a medium roast which is less than a French roast.
So pass
As much as I love good coffee and geek out about the details, I just don’t have time (or space) in my mornings to prepare good coffee.
A Moka pot is the closest to EZ espresso but I’m not big on drinking aluminum so I quit that years ago.

@simeon527 So get a stainless steel moka pot. Bialetti (the original moka pot company) makes several and these days there are a plethora of knock-offs.
I find it funny this coffee has a 90 day warranty.
Like suddenly the beans start boot looping on you and the pot never finishes brewing, good God that’s nightmare fuel.
But the picture of the Dark Espresso Roast (middle pic & combo 3rd pic) the bag clearly says “ground coffee”. Are we supposed to ignore that bit, Mister mean beans? TIA

@simeon527 Stainless moka pots exist! The one I have was from Ikea, but that was years ago. There are others for under $20, though.
if the Nespresso pods are any indication- this stuff ain’t terrible.

What is the roast date?
Expiration dates are next to meaningless.
Coffee goes stale in weeks to perhaps a month after roast.
So… is the darker one pre ground ??
