These taste terrible. I am going to use them to make cookies or brownies because I can add additional fat and sugar to make them palatable. They’re very dry and bitter.
The comments before me are that they’re terrible and that they’re wonderful. Obviously YMMV! Coming from Lindt 90+ and the occasional Lilly’s, I liked them a lot. They melted well in the microwave too (to make chocolate covered nuts).
Further, we have a friend who is lactose intolerant and they were over the MOON for these things.
OMG coming back to edit…given the gastric distress lactose causes the intolerant, my order phrase elicited a chuckle:
If you want sweet and milk silky, not these. If you are used to dark 75-90% Lindt these are a reasonable approximation. And $10 less then when on side deal!
I just had some, very slight grainyness overall reasonable chocolate flavor with sweetness from the allulose. I find I can eat them alone, or can use them as chocolate bits to melt for baking, enrobing etc etc.
