Anyone ever used these before? Like if I lay down and let it roll up and down my spine, will it help with my muscle tightness?

I have the Chirp wheels. They have a groove in the center for the spine. I love using the 12" Chirp wheel, my back pops and cracks like a bowl of cereal and the tightness is relieved. Since these wheels don’t have the center groove, they may be a little less comfortable than the Chirp wheels, but I expect they will achieve similar results.
