@harveydanger I own this charger and have no idea what the usb lock is, nor do I recall it being mentioned on the package.
The ports do kind of hold on to usb connectors, they go in easy but won’t easily come out, you have to remove them with intent. Maybe that’s what they mean.
They are very nice chargers once you get past them being essentially miniature power coffins. Very sturdy feeling. The power prongs fold in or out so it can be parallel or perpendicular to the wall. No USB PD (isn’t that a USB-C thing?) No QC. Just 4.2 amps of 5V among 3 ports.
The only marking I see on it is ROHS, don’t see UL markings.
I got this, now I have space to plug everything in at once and my friend loves hers (a b-day present for her). Just don’t put it in your bedroom as the light that comes on when it is plugged in is incredibly bright. Not only that but when covered by 3 layers of duct tape the light still shines through. Going to try electrical tape next. Tried a sharpie but that streaks and won’t cover completely.

Why is it so ugly? Seems like a useful charger if you can hide it somewhere.
Any explanation of what this “USB lock” is? Guessing this isn’t PD compliant or UL listed?
