You can cut your steak or veggies inside the pan!
The Stay-Cool Handle means you can comfortably touch the handle when using the pan on your stovetop
Rest-of-world opinions vary about the “not dishwasher safe” part. I have one from a different source that has been through the dishwasher countless times, and seems unaffected, and someone I know has been doing that with theirs for years longer. This is not to say that you will get away with it. Conditions inside those dishwashers vary, as do the choices of detergent and the chemical load in the tap water. So the manufacturers say “don’t” in order to put it on you if the conditions are bad-bad-bad. And you won’t know until too late.
And WTF is PFTE? (Yes, yes, I know, it’s some numbskull’s mistranscription of PTFE, which is the accepted acronym for Polytetrafluoroethylene, better known by it’s DuPont trademarked name Teflon®.) (The fact thgat some other idiot made the mistake first does not exempt everyone who copies it from getting dinged for having an answer on their exam that is not only wrong, but copied from an idiot.)

@werehatrack To be honest, it is also free of Peter Frampton’s Testicle Excretions, so the ad copy isn’t wrong exactly.
@bcwolven Do those still exist? Asking for an acquaintance from another planet.
@werehatrack Hard to tell from this:

I ordered these. I tend to wash my pans by hand anyway, because they take up too much room in the machine, so… should be okay.
