@brainmist
I am not familiar with that brand…is your large in a women’s fit, or regular straight? I like the women’s fit shirts because they are far more flattering on me than a straight men’s cut.
@brainmist@winfield Women’s clothing sizes are so inconsistent that it’s safer for me to order the men’s size. I’d buy the women’s cut if I knew I could count on getting the right size. Those size charts give me the wrong size as often as not.
@k4evryng LOL, it’s not a brand. Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) hits a lot of cis women, and it makes for a bit more musculature in a lot of us. And awkward shoulder fits.
@narfcake@yakkoTDI Yes that looks about right for some cats. Years ago the first time I put a harness (with leash attached) to one of my cats he ran around doing flips to try to get rid of it until the leash got caught on the dinning room table and brought him up short mid air in a flip. That stopped that. Actually eventually he loved it as he knew it meant he was going outside. He’d stand by the door, tail up quivering in excitement. Of course then he’d spend most of his outside time lying in the bushes watching the world right under a window with a cat tree. Go figure.
Can I get the men’s shirts for the price of the women’s shirts if the shirts in question identify as female? I don’t think it’s your place to tell a shirt it’s a “men’s” shirt just because it’s shaped a certain way. Please respond with a scripted, non-responsive, completely unhelpful, and ridiculous response, so I can pretend I’m dealing with the “support” team at uber eats.
Will a shirt feature James or Greta? The write up was basically my dream on Friday night, except replace everything with flamingos and a pool filled with olive oil.
In again for two shirts for my girls. This is how it went last time:
-box arrives-
Wife: What did you buy now?
Me: Two random shirts on the cheap
Wife: You need to stop doing that
Me: -opens box-
Wife: OMG that one is mine!
Daughter: WTF?
I’ve checked this site for a couple months now and have a suggestion. If you want to throw your money away, just send it to me instead of buying MEH crapola.
Wow, that writeup was great! It would make a moderately good horror movie. You could call it The Nutcracker…oh, wait. OK, you could change James’ name to Brahms and have it star Lauren Cohan and Rupert Evans…oh, wait.
I tried this random thing a while ago, went for four shirts. Even though I am a man, a manly man, they sent me a female shirt, off pink with some sleeping animal on the front, don’t know I gave it to goodwill. Thanks. I got a Meh shirt. Not happy about that. Then I got what I think is a baby mindflayer and I did like that. Then I got a star wars red shirt that I already had. 1 out of 4.
(PS - one thing though, they are damn comfortable shirts, i’ll give them that)
I should of learned my lesson. But I didn’t. I am glutton for punishment and I am not very smart.
I only did 2 this time. I got a %#$@ Meh shirt again, and some “in beer we trust.”
Two shirts I will use to dust my house with and polish my car.
That’s why they are in business, not that they actually provide with you with quality things, that there are people willing to take chances on buying from them.
At least they are usually up front about most of it.
Not to mention, I have or had at least 4 coupons in the past 2 months about late shipments and/or unable to fulfill the order.
Anyways, I’m done whining like a mule. I’ll see myself out.
Two copies of @spiritgreen’s Teamwork on different color blanks. I like the design enough that I brought copies from both Teefury and Teeturtle (about a decade ago), and again from Mediocritee, so I’m happy.

Ok I feel attacked
@james You a 4XL too?
@joelmw Nah, Greta maybe.
Oh, I see how you are. No wonder my previous purchase of two random 4XLs is still in process.
Sigh. Actually makes sense. Guys like me buy more than our share of random shirts, because you never know when you’ll find something that fits again.

@joelmw I really wish there were just standard measures.
My order of random tees from the Meh-rathon is still “processing.” Why would I want more?
Does the guy in the last pic come with my order?
@PooltoyWolf I was wondering that same thing!
@Lynnerizer @PooltoyWolf
Ménage a trois?!
@Kyeh @Lynnerizer
@Kyeh @Lynnerizer @PooltoyWolf I’d guess if @oldcatlady was going to order a shirt she’d want him to come with her’s too.
@Kidsandliz @Kyeh @Lynnerizer @PooltoyWolf I ordered 3 pairs. I’ll let you know what arrives.
@Kyeh @Lynnerizer @OldCatLady @PooltoyWolf Hmm I wonder if you will get 3 pairs of him too. (grin)
WAIT.
Is this a reverse pink tax?
@brainmist Meh posted about this a couple months ago. Turns out that on the women’s shirts they lost their, erm, shirts.
Apparently they don’t fit most body types, they tend to run small, and most women would rather order a men’s/unisex tee shirt anyway.
@winfield Meh. I’d much rather order a woman’s fit, but my torso isn’t that of a 12 year old. And they do tend to run very small.
What I really need is the PCOS fit: broad shoulders, decent biceps, but also breast space I don’t have to stretch in every time, and a tapered waist.
@winfield Just checked my current, because it’s a lovely fit with decent shoulder space and decent flex. It’s a large from Next Level Apparel.

I don’t need more shirts, I don’t need more shirts, I don’t need more shirts, …

@narfcake Excellent giphy.

I was told to comment the band featured on my t-shirt: King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard
Can you make a t-shirt with a Meh t-shirt on it? So I can show the world I’m a fan of Meh shirts.
@awk Shirtception!
@awk @warpedrotors I can inshirt a worse pun here.

@warpedrotors I think they can sell you a fluid shirt.
@warpedrotors My mistake, I can’t give a response to that right now. Let’s try a different topic.
@warpedrotors Have you tried rebooting it?
What’s a mediocritee?
@chiefbugbung What used to be their t-shirt website before they shut it down.
The shirt on that dude in the first pic sure seems to help him score with women.
They can be used to strain for a margarita!!!
Will a shirt feature James or Greta? The write up was basically my dream on Friday night, except replace everything with flamingos and a pool filled with olive oil.
@actionPacked I need to party with you.
I this like a Mehathon in slow motion?

Thank you for that writeup. It was wonderful.
/giphy unqualified-thunderous-raccoon

A possibility of Georgia Red. . . . . tempting.
With. Put up with.
I hope to be able to provide a review of this purchase as soon as the second week of “processing” is completed.
I got the coolest shirt ever in my order. And also a mediocre shirt. Balanced, as all things should be
@Bookgirl705 Let’s see them!!!
(Or at least tell us what they are?!)
Welp. Last time I do this.

@Beruud yeah, I’d be more likely to buy it I knew what I’d randomly be getting.
Understand your frustrations though, and that’s why I haven’t pulled the trigger despite being tempted.
