These work fairly well. I’ve even finished off the “heel” of some Parmigiano-Reggiano with them.

I also would comment that this product works better than expected. Best use I have is for cole slaw. It really chops it fine, but you can only load so much at a time.
The only perceived downside will be when the blades get dull.

I really like mine, too. Makes quick work of alliums for my mise en place.
