The cover of the LED is the on/off switch. You turn it like the manual focus on a camera.
Some of the little clear rubber “feet” have fallen off once or twice, so I should epoxy them to make sure they don’t get lost. However, this is meh after all, so I don’t mind.

What kind of maniac would put non-replacable batteries in a flashlight? I think in some places that’s actually outlawed.
