@katylava Smart. As a teacher however I get paid next to nothing and I'm lucky enough to get paid once a month. Needless to say I'll have to wait a few weeks for purchases sadly.
Screw it, already paid for shipping this month and I run into enough situations where I need to both open a beer and use a screwdriver on something, but am too lazy to find the appropriate tools.
I was going to buy this the other day from @snapster's old web site, but being as cheap as I am, I didn't want to pay for the shipping. Here I get 2 and free shipping and cheaper..... PLUS, I get a Glen video......meh this
Meh - I keep a Leatherman Micra on my keychain. While it may not have all the Ninja tools, it seems to have everything you may want on a daily basis. Which is about how often I use it.
@nostrom0 Wow, way to dredge up an old conversation. I wouldn't chance taking any knife/multi-tool through TSA anyway. Even those that are approved may be rejected by an agent with a lousy attitude. If I want to take one with me, it goes in my checked bag. (Yeah, I'm not one of those inconsiderate assholes who refuses to pay to check a bag and takes up all the overhead space.)
@JonT my son wanted to watch this on Netflix because I told him how much I enjoyed it as a kid. He is six and I figured it was right up his alley. He said the movie was stupid and unrealistic and turned it off less than half way through. I have to admit I was shocked at how bad it is compared to how I remembered it
The buying process on this site is way too easy. That was the plan, right? Keep us logged in at all times on all our devices with the lure of fun forums and keeping track of our Meh faces, which means a purchase is as simple as two clicks. TWO! You win this round, Meh. You win this round. ಠ_ಠ
I rarely check them anymore because they went a similar way as the rest of the daily deal sites and is now more ads than good deals. Yours being one of the ads now!
@Talidan Interesting.... I don't like 1Sale anymore either... glad to hear the explanation from @snapster. I hope Meh.com continues to be the deal site that is different from all the rest in the crowd, there is a vibe here that is missing from all the other sites.
@editorkid I can only explain what I don't like about them personally. In comparison to the past, the stuff they offer is rarely a deal and rarely up there for one day. Now it's more like any other ecommerce random storefront on the interwebs except that they occasionally change the sort order on the "daily deals" or other fixed price buy-it-now items. I've seen stuff up there that they have been selling regularly since Christmas 2012, I know because that's when I bought mine from them. There's got to be thousands of storefront type websites selling similar stuff all the time... what makes 1sale special then if the price really isn't a deal anymore? Plus their email marketing system is totally completely f'd up making them hell to deal with. Anyway I avoid them now.
@donnameh Thanks for catching me up. I think they were one of the sites I looked at when DaD sites started popping up everywhere back in the day and shrugged 'em off. I'm definitely OK with Meh advertising if it helps fund @snapster's new hobby so they can send me more Xboxes, though.
@editorkid Apparently "Enter" doesn't start a new paragraph. I don't talk much here, so I'm learning this stuff. Anyway, back when I started using them, they were pretty awesome. From great deals on electronics, usually around 70-90% off retail, to some handy nick-knacks. I still have dozens of HDMI cables when they had them $1 each with free shipping. They then expanded with other sites, Bens Outlet, Shadora, and a couple others, each with more specialized deals and larger inventories. Then they brought it all in under 1Sale, so they have larger inventories, more "sales" in one day, and their deals are rarely worth it. Also, more recently, the inclusion of sponsored deals, which the front page is now almost entirely comprised of. Meh is definitely where it's at though now and I'm all for them trying to spread the word, even if I feel somewhat selfish about wanting to keep deals to myself. You're right that there's a unique vibe to this place. I was just surprised to see them with a sponsored deal over at 1Sale. @snapster, do what you gotta do! I trust you and your team, even if you make the occasional deal with some devils!
Buy the original Poxket Monkey by Nate Barr and support Made in USA. These rip-offs are made in China by Alex Shlaferman and Vante Toys. Thank you for your consideration.
@mwarren If you're looking to jump on the "Made in 'Merica" bandwagon (yes I said it, thats what it is right now) then maybe Meh isn't the place for you.
@RedHot I'm more concerned about the knock-off aspect (it's a slightly altered copy of the Pocket Monkey from www.zootility.com ) than where it's made. That said, making stuff closer to the consumer probably reduces its CO₂ footprint (now if I could just stop breathing so much I could do even more; meh!).
I'm in for three packs of 2 Wallet Ninjas (husband is a multi tool afficianado so he had to have one). But I really wanted to buy 4 packs of 2, hey, I got a big extended family that needs gifts at Christmas time. I need moar! Hope you'll be able to offer this deal again (and don't forget those neat little colorful digital scales too). Thanks.
Crap...you've found my weakness for tools....have I ever needed any of these 18 things and thought "Wow...wouldn't it be cool if it was in my wallet?" Yeah...no....but for some odd reason I feel the need to own it.
@snapster To make enough room for this Meh purchase i'll have to get rid of the debit card. But if I do that I won't be able to buy anything else from Meh. Catch 22 on this one.
Purchased this on my S5 last night. it was wayy to easy. For some reason $5 for one seems too expensive, but $10 for two!? Sold. My wife said not to buy them, but when she told me it was already too late. meh
In for 3 sets. These things ship cheap, are useful, and will work for stocking stuffers or small "I like you, but I spent all my money on kindles" gifts.
Received mine today. Pretty meh, honestly. I wish I had realized how lame it would be to pull something like this out of my wallet when I was buying this.
@molfsontan Eh, you can stick it in your glove compartment for emergency box-openings and the like. You never know when you might have to open a box! [The box cutter is my favorite part.]
@Thumperchick: I don't think so, but they gave them a pretty hard time, and delays. "Al Qaeda can make packaging too, you know." --Katbyter (aka bnbsouthworth)
I won! The day after mine arrived I went to some outdoor parties. At the first one there was a wobbly patio table. I tightened the loose bolts with the 10mm opening. At the second party, someone needed a bottle opener.
This purchase has slightly improved my social life.

@mediocrebot Woot had a single for $9.99 (i think) the other day.
@mediocrebot $9.99 for one at Vat19 http://www.vat19.com/item/wallet-ninja-multi-tool
@mediocrebot UrbanOutfitters has one on clearance for $9.99. http://www.urbanoutfitters.com/urban/catalog/productdetail.jsp?id=32862815&parentid=SALE_APT#/
Meh, meh.
@Mac454 Yes, triple meh even! Junk of the highest order, and overpriced (for what it is) at that.
@beachhead Punched chucks of punched metal for $10 Meh!
Damn two-fer Tuesday impulsivity test. Must resist, must resist that dirty filthy temptress.
@studerc That was my exact thought at 47 being sold in the first 15 minutes.
@studerc I'm holding on strong.... But it's so cheapppp
@studerc I just give in to temptation and tell myself I'm stocking up for the holidays.
@katylava Smart. As a teacher however I get paid next to nothing and I'm lucky enough to get paid once a month. Needless to say I'll have to wait a few weeks for purchases sadly.
마지막 썸네일이..표창으로도 사용 가능이라고 되어있군요 ㅋㅋ
Can't resist. I almost bought one the other day, now I can have two? Only in America!*
*per Meh shipping restrictions, and only in most of America
@saramwrap Didn't they have it for $10 at that "other" deal-a-day site?
잘못던져서 경찰 엉덩이에 박히면 어떻게 해야 하나여?
Google translate was not helpful for this, but I really hope you actually said "throwing police ass" somewhere in there.
@difains says "What should I do if I throw it and hit a cop's ass by mistake?"
@difains 어떻게하긴.. 겁나 튀어야죠
Screw it, already paid for shipping this month and I run into enough situations where I need to both open a beer and use a screwdriver on something, but am too lazy to find the appropriate tools.
This is nearly the same thing for a 2.99 http://www.meritline.com/showproduct.aspx?ProductID=27264&SEName=stainless-steel-survival-tool
@GreetingsADM 11 vs 18. What if you need those other 7 tools?
@GreetingsADM Two of those for $5 with free shipping, plus it has a tiny saw . . . very tempting.
@Collin1000 TEN! They count a key ring hole as one of the 11. Hucksters
@GreetingsADM "Currently Out of Stock !"
Product video:
@Collin1000 Think how many more tools they could fit if they didn't have that huge POCKET NINJA cut through the middle.
Not quite the same, but http://www.ebay.com/itm/11-in-1-Multi-Tools-Mini-Credit-Card-Army-Survival-Kit-Pocket-Knife-Camping-Tool-/321493279005?pt=US_Hand_Tools&var=510378552270&hash=item4ada7e211d (and others) are under a quarter of the price and have many of the same bases covered. In my opinion, is is the first deal that really lives up to this site's namesake.
I was going to buy this the other day from @snapster's old web site, but being as cheap as I am, I didn't want to pay for the shipping. Here I get 2 and free shipping and cheaper..... PLUS, I get a Glen video......meh this

@Cinoclav not TSA approved though

go ninja, go ninja, go
Damn, one short…
@JonT "I've got an amazing pitch for you today. What if we crossed TMNT with Home Alone..." "Give the man his money."
@JonT my son wanted to watch this on Netflix because I told him how much I enjoyed it as a kid. He is six and I figured it was right up his alley. You win this round, Meh. You win this round. ಠ_ಠ
But you get two...
Damnit Meh you're making this hard
@JazzyJosh When you need to hold a bolt still while turning a screw, you will be prepared.
I'm in for two... well... four, I guess.
I mean... I can't resist the "Let's significantly undercut !toow factor."
Once again, an item for which I have no use at all...and once again, a purchase made. Is it me, or is it meh?
@khunjeff It sure sounds like the official business model statement of Meh (if such a thing exists...)
Ugh. Got 3 @ $10 each on that other site the other day & only cuz I had a coupon code. This one hurts, man.
@SColburn But now you can have six more and spread the total cost over all nine!
@SColburn Friends don't let friends buy stuff on that other site. Gotta stop feeding the corporate greed!
Eff it. In for 3 (er, 6). It's going to be a Mediocre Christmas!
@SColburn same.
I'm willing to never call it a "Wallet Ninja," but I'm afraid the name "Pants Ninja" has already been claimed.
Oh man, this is my first week on meh and i totally forgot about two for Tuesday's on Woot! Roombas a few days ago, now this... I am feeling nostalgic.
Huh. You're partnered with 1Sale?
I rarely check them anymore because they went a similar way as the rest of the daily deal sites and is now more ads than good deals. Yours being one of the ads now!
@Talidan we acknowledged and then failed to elaborate on this before - wanted to make sure you know we know.
Ok well small elaboration was our wholesale team accidentally traded for this very temporary service. We scolded them.
@Talidan Interesting.... I don't like 1Sale anymore either... glad to hear the explanation from @snapster. I hope Meh.com continues to be the deal site that is different from all the rest in the crowd, there is a vibe here that is missing from all the other sites.
I feel like I'm the only guy who doesn't know something.
Caught up now. Dunno why that site's a bad thing, but otherwise, well... meh

@mwarren If you're looking to jump on the "Made in 'Merica" bandwagon (yes I said it, thats what it is right now) then maybe Meh isn't the place for you.
@mwarren Do you know where I can get a two pack?

Oh and the most useful part of this, the part that slices your finger open when you reach in your wallet to buy something
@docwayne Tomorrow : First aid kits
this will not fit in my wallet.
@RedHot Maybe tomorrow they'll be selling a wallet.
@RedHot Might fit if you took out all your money, credit cards… Always being helpful you can send all that stuff to me...
@Kidsandliz sounds good. just post your address :-)
@RedHot keep in mind you'll have 10 bucks less in your wallet. solved?
@snapster To make enough room for this Meh purchase i'll have to get rid of the debit card. But if I do that I won't be able to buy anything else from Meh. Catch 22 on this one.
@RedHot are you pulling out your card and sliding it through the machine when you buy from meh?
@RedHot Use the Force! (of the ninja sharp edges to slice an opening so it'll fit)
I carry 2 wallets so this is the perfect deal for me. Howay the Lads!
I don't have a wallet!!!!! kkk
@JunsuJeon so you just put cash in your white hood?
@snapster Don't be silly, I'm sure those robes have pockets.
@JunsuJeon you finally have a reason to get one now!
Purchased this on my S5 last night. it was wayy to easy. For some reason $5 for one seems too expensive, but $10 for two!? Sold. My wife said not to buy them, but when she told me it was already too late. meh
@Bogie asking forgiveness versus permission is indeed the meh strategy of choice.
@Bogie I didn't ask and will pay later. Hopefully this tool can also mend relationships.
oh and I got one of these free when I bought something at an outdoor store once.
cool story bro.
@RedHot I think you may have overpaid too...:)
@beachhead I really did. My first thought was "oh, cool", it was all downhill after that.
In for 3 sets. Stocking stuffers for the guys. (Don't think I have ever bought anything this far ahead for Christmas.)
I paid $20 for two of these useless things for Father's Day presents. The recipients did not seem impressed.
In for 3 sets. These things ship cheap, are useful, and will work for stocking stuffers or small "I like you, but I spent all my money on kindles" gifts.
Seems like Meh ends up with Woot leftovers a lot of the time...
useless, in a word.
I gave two as gifts. Both recipients got stopped by TSA, even with the product still in the packaging labeling it as TSA-approved.
@katbyter Were they confiscated?
@Thumperchick: I don't think so, but they gave them a pretty hard time, and delays. "Al Qaeda can make packaging too, you know." --Katbyter (aka bnbsouthworth)
