This Pinot Noir exhibits aromas of ripe plum, mocha and soft oak, care of 90% French oak, 10% new oak for 3.5 months aging. Flavors of bright red cherry and warm spice segue to a persistent finish that lingers long after the sun fades to nightfall.

@Kidsandliz And it’s twelve for eighty bucks, which is $6.75 per bottle if the wetware coprocessor is correct. For a decent wine, that’s a bargain. Since the only consistent use for wine around here is as a cooking ingredient, and we use maybe a bottle of red per year, it’s not a fantastic find for me.
