1커피머신 2개를 주문했는데... 1개만배송되고... 그 하나는 파손되어서 오고... 등등 여러사건들이 겹치면서 정말 짜증나는 몇주를 보내고있는데. 내가 컴플레인 할수있는 곳은 meh 뿐이야. 왜냐하면 내가 포장을 뜯었을때 이건 당연히 파손이 될수밖에 없게 포장을 해서 보냈으니까.. 그래서 사진도 첨부하고 했는데. 고객담당은 보낸메일은 읽어보지도 안고ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 예전에 보낸 메일에 답장하고 참. 환불을 해주던... 다시 제품을 보내주던.. 아니면 나랑 영원히 byebye 하던 뭔가 좀 결정을 내려 줬으면 좋겠어. 제발.

And the support is not even reading my email.. with the pictures. So whether I get refund or another thing or lose me from meh forever. Make something happen. Please."
Is this the one that had problem involved with the freight forwarding company? You should ask the freight forwarding company first. I think they are the one who has the problem - first, not checking the status of product prior to sending, and second not sending two machines instead of one.
And the bottom line. Don't buy the things that are fragile when using freight forwarding company OR buy at YOUR OWN RISK.
