“You okay, man? The hike flattens out here, but with the altitude, it can be really tough.”

So do we recommend that you strap one of these on and carry 40 cans of anything around with you on your back? Not really.
But is it nice to know that you could? For sure.
This pack doesn’t just carry a whole mess of drinks or whatever else, but it’s also leakproof, meaning you can add plenty of ice, too. So ice and drinks. Things that probably aren’t going to seem super heavy when you’re loading this thing up, but might wear on you a little bit once you’re lugging 50 pounds of refreshment across the little league fields and imagining the hero’s welcome you’ll get on the other end.
Plus, unlike those classic hard-walled coolers, this actually looks reasonably stylish. It kind of seems like it could be a high-end diaper bag, or maybe a fancy European man purse suitable for transporting, um…baguettes? Extra toast beans? We don’t travel much.
