Swann Atom HD 1080P Wearable Action Camera w/ LCD Screen

  • No reviews on Amazon, which is always a little unsettling
  • 1.5 hours of recording per charge, so you’ll have to cut your D&D recording sessions short
  • You’re boring and lazy and clumsy and you’ll probably crack your head open (actually, if you could get that on video…)

Oh yeah. Everyone’s DYING to see things from your perspective.

Soaring high in the air, earth and sky whirling and flipping around him, he glides into a perfectly smooth landing, dismounts, take his helmet off, and gives you a wink and a thumbs up. These amazing videos are all over YouTube. And they’re usually shot by a GoPro.

That’s the terrific action cam that true athletes mount on their helmet or handlebars or bulletproof vest or whatever to get high-quality POV video without having to sacrifice one hand to hold a camera.

So why should you buy that? You shouldn’t. And that’s not what we’re selling.

Let’s be for real here. What the wildest “action” you’re likely to see? Riding your bike down the block? Cleaning your gutters? Are you really going to pay GoPro bucks so the rest of us can watch that? Not to crush your dreams or whatever, but the demand for POV videos of dudes sitting on their fat asses playing Dark Souls 2 might be lower than you’re thinking.

Yeah, you don’t need a GoPro. You need a cheapass worksokIguess whocaresifIbreakit. You need an Atom Action Cam, whatever that is.

OK, real talk: you don’t need an action cam at all. But if you’re delusional and impulsive enough to spend real money to document your unwatchably dull activites, at least get the knock-off. It’ll be a lot less painful to watch gathering dust on your shelf.
