It’s just a seat cushion, Hank thought. One his coworkers got him after he fell hard on his butt during the annual April Fools’ Day softball game between marketing and HR.
Only, he’s been sitting on it a year now, and he has these vivid dreams of sprouting wings, soaring over the city, and violently attacking strangers.
And recently he awoke with blood under his fingernails and feathers in his sheets.
