What happened to my membership? I’ve been a member forever and ordered something from side deal, now my membership looks like I’ve only been a member for a month. ???
@trailtroll If you previously had VMP and didn’t cancel it, then you most likely had a credit card that expired and couldn’t be billed when it came time to renew your VMP. Contact support and maybe they can restore it.
If you canceled your VMP in March 2017 or later, you are out of luck.
@lljk@trailtroll That happened to me once (maybe twice) and they restored it. But my “since” date reflects when it was restored, not when it was originated.

The membership thing is cool, but easily confused with VMP. The good thing is the stuff that came up during the VMP hour is regularly sold and will come around again.
