@hchavers@Kyeh Yes, I made me do it against my will … orrrrrrrrrrrr … my CLONE made me do it against my will. I actually thought it wouldn’t look that bad, but I was wrong … so wrong.

@Mehlachi I used to hate vinegar as a kid but my Mom was right (again). It is the smell of Ceasar Salads and cleanliness. And the smell that fades away, just like old soldiers.
I used to make a big effort to get environmentally friendly, cruelty free cleaning products. Mrs Meyers, seventh generation, method, etx. Fully stocking the kitchen and bathrooms. And my housekeeper would bring her own Fabuloso. So I gave up and started buying it too.
@ironcheftoni The tall servant buys a huge jug of Purple Power and dilutes it down for many things. She seems to like it. I think it makes things smell like they need to be slept on.
Cleaning vinegar and water. It cleans, disinfects, cuts grease, removes mold, dissolves hard water stains, and leaves a streak free shine. I am also told it detours insects. Just don’t use on granite countertops as the acid will dull the finish.
All natural, environmentally friendly and relatively cheap at about $4 a gallon.
Windex, or as my husband calls it ‘the universal cleaner’. I also use a washcloth and hot water and I also have a Dawn/Vinegar mix, so I do all the things.
@Felicianomiko I do a Dawn Vinegar mix too. I had a roommate for many years who developed COPD, and anything else would make him sick (may he RIP). And it works surprisingly well!
But my counters and many of my cabinets are sticky from 24 years of baked on grease. When I bought the house, I used degreaser on them, but it didn’t help much. I’m not sure what else to try. The cabinets directly above the stove require significant effort to open because the grease has basically sealed them closed.
@kittykat9180 This woman goes into detail in her video, but the “TL;DW” is: food grade mineral oil to soften the grease, then Murphy’s Oil soap with a scrubbing pad on a drill to get the rest of it off.
The help.

@cfg83 @mediocrebot Excellent!!
@cfg83 @mediocrebot @yakkoTDI
I want some little humans.
@Kyeh @mediocrebot @yakkoTDI Yeah, if I can’t have a clone that will probably replace me, then little humans would be nice.
Who knows, maybe meh will sell some tomorrow.
Gasoline.
@cfg83 With or without an ignition source?
@werehatrack You only light it if you are having fajitas that night. Otherwise it is just flavoring everything you eat like hot sauce.

You have better cats than I. All of mine just want lasagna.

Method Pink Grapefruit All-Purpose Cleaner. Smells nice, and cuts grease amazingly well.
@Kyeh
It does cut through grease amazingly well, I use it on my stove all the time for that.
Elbow grease
@hchavers I want to remove grease from my counters!
@hchavers Ewwww.

@mediocrebot @hchavers Wow. I am truly sorry (again). You should have that looked at.
However, I am sure I will have to apologize in the near future for something else, so please take that into account and let’s just move on.
@hchavers @cfg83–Did you HAVE to request that image?
@hchavers @Kyeh Yes, I made me do it against my will … orrrrrrrrrrrr … my CLONE made me do it against my will. I actually thought it wouldn’t look that bad, but I was wrong … so wrong.
@cfg83 @hchavers @Kyeh With great power comes great responsibility. Please be more careful in the future.

@mediocrebot Oh my, that is far better than I imagined.
What is cool (to me) is that I “challenged” the AI to understand the phrase “to and fro” and it nailed it.
@cfg83 @mediocrebot I don’t know - I see a lot of “to” but not much “fro”…
@macromeh @mediocrebot Good catch …
“to and fro”, adverb :
“the treetops whipped to and fro in a frightening manner”
Since this is a static shot, you only get to see the “to” When meh implements the “showmevideo”, we can revisit this.
This is also present in the cat paw clap. You can easily imagine the royal FreyaCat praying or doing “sinister paws” like Mr. Burns.

@lonocat WOW, THANK YOU!!! I use white vinegar, but I didn’t know about cleaning vinegar.

@Kyeh thanks. A friend recommended I check YouTube. But I haven’t yet.
@kittykat9180 Wipes rock!
@cfg83 @kittykat9180 Most wipes aren’t biodegradable though; even the ones that say they are usually have some plastic in them.
@cfg83 @kittykat9180 @Kyeh Regular paper towels have some kind or resin in them, too. Otherwise, they’d shred as soon as they got wet.
Previous owners of the house left mystery liquid in a spray bottle with a hand written label, “granite cleaner”.
I keep leaving cream out for the brownies, but I kinda think it may be its own contaminant.
@brainmist I prefer milk with my brownies.
@Kyeh I’ve declared a truce with the brownies; they bring me treats. (And they’re hard to peel and they taste funny anyway.)
Dawn and water. Sometimes simple green.
