@RiotDemon Naw, they’re pretty short and pointy in other pics.
Until you’ve been whacked in the leg you just don’t know. not to mention what it does to knick knacks.
My ex’s mom ran a dog rescue and she had one of these. Jackson was super cute, super affectionate, and downright hilarious to watch with his little legs and long torso. I always wanted to adopt him but we had our hands full with our own dogs. I hope he found a good home.
Oh he’s awfully cute! It’s nice to know that Jackson is a sweet boy. I’m looking for a tiny guy to adopt for my silky Charlie to have a playmate. Does anyone have know of a good rescue group on the East Coast for little guys? I just want to make sure I’m rescuing a puppy instead of getting one through a puppy mill. I heard that a lot of shady dealers say that they are rescuing the dogs but they’re really breeding them. I’m not sure if this is the right place to ask but I’ve noticed that this is a very animal friendly group
@candiedisilvio1 - We got our little guy from Francisvale but they’ve got whatever they’ve got at the time. Completely reputable though, volunteer staff, well-treated and cared for doggies.
Don’t know why they had the ears trimmed but left the tail. That thing is a lethal weapon.
@cranky1950 did they really? I was hoping they were flopped backwards.
I wish they would outlaw that practice.
I can attest that my pitt mix’s tail is indeed lethal.

@djslack There is a dog at our park that looks exactly like a golden retriever except with short legs like that. Adorable!
Looks photoshopped. Not saying it isn’t real. Maybe I’d name it “Adobe.”

All the shelters on this site are registered non-profits with full tax exemptions and decent reputations.
Hope you find s great new family members!
@f00l thank you so much! I’ll let you know when I find one or should I say when Charlie finds his new best friend.

@aetris Thank you I’m going to keep my eyes opened at Francisvale. All the dogs look so sweet. I wish I could take all of them.
You’re cranky.
However…

I’m replying to my own comment to say that this is the cutest fucking thing I’ve ever seen in my life.

@chienfou Not that there’s anything wrong with that.
