I bought a foodsaver from here a month back, Mine did not work out of the box, I called the company, They wanted a copy of my receipt which I sent them and then had to call them again only for them to say sorry they are not warranting refurbished units unless you buy them direct from us. Meh got involved and after about 2 weeks emailing back and forth The company called to say sorry they did not know about the deal and helped me to get it to work and put a note in my account saying I have a one year warranty.
Thank Meh for giving them hell
