It’s more a customer engagement idea (which they may or may not like but it would be low cost to them and might entertain their staff for a short while too, while building interest on the forum). I just wanted to drop it in their ear (but if I say it on the forum it would ruin the idea if they did go with it). I kind of think customer service people might be wrong people to say it to. I could always whisper it to staff here but not sure the right person to pester with an idea like that.

I’d like to suggest they do a handwriting and penmanship type bundle, because why not?
