“Koko Keratin” is a good name for a hair brush company. And as an added bonus they could easily branch out into products for feathers, hooves, animal horns, etc.
@jmruru It took a couple of pushes, and the button functionality seems a little odd (starts hot and one pushes “off” to lower the temperature), but it eventually worked out okay. I wish I’d read the instructions first so I’d understood the separate slider switch for ionizing, but that too worked out eventually. Good luck!
Here at last – that delivery time felt very much like Smartport in the olden days. After a little experimentation I’m pretty pleased with this purchase for my wavy / curly, shoulder-length hair for both flattening and adding a bit of volume at the roots. Nice variety of heat settings and, once I got used to the ionic controls being separate from the heat controls, very easy to use. Should be a good addition to my travel kit when that’s a thing we do again.

@missag Thanks I’ll play with it a little more and maybe get out my magnifying glass for those instructions
@missag Read the directions. Still doesn’t change from “off” no matter how many times I push the “on” button.
@jmruru I wonder if MEH will get back to me on this problem sometime BEFORE the one year warranty expires…just sayin
