Spooky Goat day thirty! SPOOKY MASKS
5SPOOKY MASKS!
I forgot I had these until we moved. I had two stacked totes in a closet and I assumed they were both Strawberry Shortcake stuff. The tote also contains a bunch of vintage Halloween hats and some paper horns. Exciting stuff!
Of course, I would never wear them, they are too small and fragile. My Halloween costume this year consists entirely of a Disney Mad Hatter hat I bought at a thrift store last week for $1.25 (and worth every penny–I got a ton of compliments this weekend). Turns out that if your hat is big enough, you don’t need anything else for your costume!
PS The Decades Channel has been showing a one-day marathon of Hammer House of Horror and I love this episode, Rude Awakening. It has no masks, but I’m watching the end right now.
Unrelated trivia: the dying family patriarch inThe Twilight Zone episode The Masks was played by Brian Keith’s dad. I think that’s interesting, I guess because they look nothing alike.

Omg, i remember the devil & witch masks, & possibly the crow, from when i was a kid! Are those from the late 70s/early 80s, by any chance? It’s funny the random stuff i remember, considering i don’t recall a lot of my childhood. Things that make you go hmm.
I totes remember the devil
Night of the Living Dead is on Comet. I’m enjoying Comet now that I found it. (Also unrelated.). I love that this guy is fighting zombies and still hasn’t taken off his tie.
By the way Comet streams for free. unlike METV.

@sammydog01 Didn’t a Comet cause Night of the Living Dead?
