Some slight distractions
16So, with all the craziness which has happened today, I've decided to share some things which I've found interesting over the last few days.
First off;
Man in Tree - Guy climbed 80 foot tree in Seattle after 11 Seattle time, has been there since, and although he climbed down 30 feet, he went right back up. He's thrown fruit and branches at negotiators, and because this has been going on for 9+ hours, police shifts there have been rotating.

@FroodyFrog You know what, though? Nobody is going to pay any mind to a fancy oversized research canoe named 'Falcon'. Nor does that mean anything related to its presumably important water research. On the other hand, something that's a bit fun, and actually the slightest bit memorable would probably serve the project far better.

It's kind of like advertising a product. If you just display the product without attracting the audience, it could fall flat. However, the more extravagant and outlandish the commercial is, the easier it is to catch the eye of the viewer/audience.

Update on Man in Tree: he's still there, although they've reopened most of the streets
After ~25 hours, he finally came down from the tree.

His name is Cody Lee Miller (28 years old).
Apparently he had a court hearing today (he's being charged with malicious mischief), and refused to go.
