I got the item delivered but its not working. my I switch on the power button it doesn’t turn on. it makes light sound and goes off. what is the process to return it.

They might take a day or two to respond, but they’ve always been great when I’ve had a problem with an order.
@sillyheathen Test it a bunch - mine worked fine for a few uses, then I kind of forgot about it. Some time later, I found the battery low, so put it on the charger - it never worked after that.

I bought one of these in a previous sale and it died the 2nd time I used it. Wouldn’t recommend.

@macromeh @sillyheathen I think those batteries die if you don’t use them for a long time, don’t they?
@Kyeh @sillyheathen Maybe, but mine was dead just barely a month after receiving it. (Return window was only 28 days.)
@macromeh 28days? That sounds like it came from the Jungle River outfit, which bears more of a resemblance to a jungle (or a swamp) every day.
