Well… my favorite cocktail is a Smith and Wesson, (Kahlua, Vodka, Cola and a splash of cream) but if we’re talking traditional summertime drinking it by the pool while cabana boys fan you with palm leaves type drinks, then a strawberry daiquiri will do nicely, thank you.
Love me some Limoncello in the summer, straight out of the freezer. If it must be a “cocktail” then shake with cold vodka and pour in a chilled martini glass. Ahhhhh now that looks and tastes like summer (even though lemons ripen in winter)
You all have raised the bar.
Usually I just shift from darker beers to lighter beers, and red wines to white wines. Maybe an occasional G&T or a mule.
Now it looks like I have some homework ahead of me.
