Obviously, I'm biased... but it sounds like something in Klingon or a standardized test.

@ryaneil Hilariously, I discovered that Qap actually is a word in Klingon - it means 'succeed, work, function.'
But - in Klingon, the Qa prefix is pronounced with a hard k sound, so it's more like kap than cwap.
