5TWO PEOPLE ARRESTED AFTER DUELING USING TONGS DURING A FIGHT OVER BUFFET CRAB LEGS
A man and a woman were arrested in Huntsville, Alabama, after they reportedly wielded tongs like swords during a fight over crab legs.
The fight was witnessed by a police officer that was eating at the buffet at the time. He was disturbed from his meal when he heard a fight breaking out at the buffet line, where people were accusing each other of cutting in line, in anticipation of the crab legs that were coming out of the kitchen.
At one point, John Chapman and Chequita Jenkins began fighting with tongs, reportedly sparring with each other as if they were swords. Chapman is facing disorderly conduct, Jenkins is charged with third-degree assault.

@lseeber Why? Because equal crime should be punished equal. The way the article reads both of them were fighting. Both yielding tongs, as funny as that is.

I’ve never had crab legs. Crab meat, sure, but crab legs fall into the category of too difficult to eat for what you get. Like in-shell sunflower seeds and bone-in chicken wings.
