Trying to purchase a new VMP membership but after clicking I agree, I keep getting this oops, let's try this again and something terribly went wrong message.
According to the symbol by your name, you are a vmp member. Either you got it to work, or you're having issues because you're trying to add a membership to an account that already has one active.
Looking into this and at first glance it looks like @PurplePawprints is correct. @directsupportcp you're already a VMP member. Are you trying to sign up for VMP again?
We're going to do some work over here to make it more clear if you try to sign up for VMP more than once.
Checking mine too...meh...done. For some reason though everytime I click 'My Account' I keep having to log in & then I get the 'terribly wrong video' every-time so I'm never able to actually check my account.
@mdiprizio going to my account will show a screen similar to this There isn't mich to do there except if you can log out or scroll down you can cancel your VMP.
The screen above I'm logged in, it's not asking me to login again, you can tell you're logged in because of the days you've been mediocre.

how can you tell? i signed up for the free 2 months and i havent been able to use the free shipping
but it says ive been mediocre for 13 days
@badominguez222 Yeah, it looks like you never did get VMP on Christmas.
@badominguez222 You'd see the VMP icon next to your name on these posts. You don't have it. Something went terribly wrong.
