My first & last experience ordering from Meh

I ordered the ‘GOOD/BETTER/BEST KEYSMART’ on October 26th. I did the standard shipping option, not a problem. No biggie on that front.
Where the frustration/anger/annoyance came from was the fact that I placed the order with my shipping address, the actual address that it shows on the receipt. But they deliver the package to my billing address. … I reach out to “customer support” who gave me this reply:

Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, once the package is in FedEx’s
hands, we can’t really control which route they take. In this case, it
looks like it got sent to the wrong hub and has been rerouted
(“Rerouted to revised delivery address”). You should get it soon.

Currently, the package is in USPS’s hands. Who held onto it for two days, until I had to call them to ask ‘where the hell is this package?’. They rerouted the package to Denver… I live in Nebraska by the way. I call up USPS again, and they are unsure when I’ll get this package, but I will have to pay a rerouting fee (or however they described it).

Meh. I demand this to be resolved, refunded, or something. Instead of placing the blame somewhere else.
