@Ssgtdunn i absolutely know that. That's my point. Woot became a place for Amazon to offload a ton of crappy stuff. They have hundreds of products everyday now. I thought Meh's single deal would be better than woots junk pile.
@zacatac@toblathe Those are definitely not the same ones. The stitching is completely different. Those are going to shift a lot more and are not going to hold up as well as the one's Meh was selling.
@Thumperchick I wouldn't be surprised if it started snowing in here. They evidently cannot seem to seal off our area of the office from the loading dock so it is freakin cold in here.
I bought one of these a while back when they were one sale. Not too awesome at all. Immediately went on the guest best.... because....you know.... f those guys.
@BootlegCraig does that outer layer have they sleeping bag/parachute material feel? It looks shiny and that worries me because I want one, but my wife can't stand the sound or feel of that material.
@TBoneZeOriginal for what my opinion is worth, I bought one of these last time and I love it. It's really warm, nice and big, not too poofy (but I like it to be flatter). I recommend it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
@TBoneZeOriginal I'm really pleased with mine for $20. I kick the heat down to 45 or 50 degrees at night, and I usually dont have to add any additional blankets on top
@Superjimtendo@ImTheDoctor I disagree. I think it softened up well (of course, I washed it before using it). It's a nice smooth fabric that isn't going to pill, but I have no complaints about the way it feels. I think it's really, really good quality for this price point.
@Superjimtendo No, it's not that shiny slippy sleeping sack stuff. But it's not flannel or cotton texture, either. It doesn't bother me, and I get texture issues about fabric sometimes. I like it.
It does seem much warmer than 'medium' warmth - too warm for me sometimes, but still light and puffy. But I'm told (repeatedly) that my preferred temperature is lower than acceptable.
@Superjimtendo No, it's not sleeping baggy at all. It's microfiber fabric-y. I just felt like it was WAY too warm and kind of had a lint catchy vibe. I got the whiteish color, so that's probably why.
I bought 3 of these the first time they were offered and I love them. I live in Florida so I didn't need anything too warm so they are perfect. Nice and soft. Would definitely buy it again if I didn't already have them.
It annoys me when images for different-colored products are obviously one photo that has been photoshopped multiple times. Would it really have been that hard to throw 9 comforters on that bed? Yes, I know Meh didn't make these, except for that last one.
@darksaber99999 I work in a photo studio where they take photos for products and catalogs. YES, it is hard to style a bed 9 times. They would have to make the bed, pin it and stuff it to lay the way they want it to on the bed, then take a few shots of it. Then do it again. Then the photos would get sent to a color retoucher, who would take all nine of the comforters (in your scenario) and make sure that the color is correct on the photos against the actual item that he has next to him and also that all the lint is removed, etc. If they want the background isolated, or wires removed or whatever, then that would be done by him, too. For each photo. THEN the photos get sent to approval, and if they pass, then they get released for use by the catalog/website. For this purpose, it is easier to change the color one to the color of all the others. (And, the color work on these comforters was done pretty well, as compared to some crud out there.)
@Tygress "And, the color work on these comforters was done pretty well" This is what I mean - I have no way of knowing this, and ultimately I am less likely to buy because of it.
@darksaber99999 In your good ol' film days it was more likely that only one would get photographed and the other colors would just be shown as swatches, leaving your imagination to do the color substituting. Get over yourself.
You know how they say don't shop for groceries when you're hungry? When you're freezing, looking at blankets is equally dangerous! These look so coooozy.
I actually purchased one the last time it was posted and they are actually pretty warm and I usually swear by down comforters. I am tempted to purchase another one since this one cleaners apparently "damaged" my wool stuffed comforter.
I don't know how these could be called microfiber. I got one last time and was disappointed to find it more like a plastic shell on a cheap sleeping bag. It is warm, but not pleasant to the touch.
I ordered one of these last time (King size for my Queen bed) and loved it. The only issue I have is that in order for us both to have good side coverage (the dog is a blanket hog, too) I have to put it on the bed sideways. So, it ends up being a little short length-wise. It goes to the bottom of the bed, but not much farther. We have plenty of drape on the sides though, which is how we like it. Anyway, I'm in for another King size, because eventually it'll get ruined, and two twin sizes for my kids' beds.
Also, I've machine washed mine several times and it's held up well. I do follow the instructions of putting two clean tennis balls in the dryer to help fluff it.
@PurplePawprints Thank you. I'm going to get one to add to our bed. It's a queen, but I usually only end up with the edges of the two-king sized blankets. I will put it on sideways.
@shata No way! Too expensive! Do you know how much pre-made edibles you can buy for that amount?! Enough to keep a person spewing lame jokes on here for MONTHS! (Again, THANK YOU COLORADO!!!)
@JonT That reminds me, do y'all think you could move your 9:00 meeting to a different conference room? Been having a hard time staying asleep lately and it'd be nice to be able to sleep in a bit.
I ordered it last time from Amazon and paid $40 for it (I think its too late for buyer remorse, since its already 5 months). I enjoy being wrapped inside of this blanket, it is so comfy and perfect for cold NJ weather !!
@sublimosa very light blue. Sky blue on a summer day. Not quite seafoam blue, there's not enough green in it, but it's close and reminds me of the light pastel decor that you see in houses near the beach sometimes. I hope that helps!
@sublimosa You're welcome! If you're looking for a darker blue, the navy would probably work. It looks to be a bit brighter blue than your typical navy and is closer to what I consider 'blue'.
I bought two of these last time and one is still in the package. The microfiber isn't very snuggly. I'll probably give the unopened one to the local donation center.
How come only people in California and Florida are buying? And NO ONE in the mid-northern states. They don't need ANY blankets?? Or they are just frozen solid and can't click Buy It...
@katbyter having recently moved from North Dakota I can say that medium weight isn't really the target blanket. Tonight's weather forecasted "feels like -33" for Fargo tomorrow morning.
@katbyter I already have a ton of blankets. It's like how southern states don't know what to do when they get an inch of snow but nothing closes when a northern state gets six inches. One time that I got sick I managed to pile 21 blankets on myself without asking my parents or sister if I could borrow some of theirs. That means that as a teenager I had already stockpiled 21 personal blankets in my room.
@haydesigner we just moved to Charlotte last summer. We're forecasted to get 10"-12" of snow overnight. The public schools were closed before any snow had even accumulated. So far it's really looking like not much... It's amusing to see this state react to the possibility or winter weather. They just don't know how to handle it at all.
@iluvmingos I also bought one each of the first two times they sold here. The one is on my bed now, been using it for months, very happy with it. The other is a spare. Don't really need a third, but these are a great value.
I bought two of these the last time meh offered and they are great deals.. So warm and made heavy duty yet very lite. Don't need any more but they're still to drool over. good buy for those who are interested.
I got one last time and love it. It feels soft (to me) and it's much lighter than the heavy comforters I'd been using. It's not quite warm enough all by itself. I may buy another one.
ETA: It may be relevant that I'm allergic to down.
Maine! It's sad that I get excited whenever my state is mentioned but it just never happens, most of the time we're mistaken for Canada because it's always cold as fuck here.
I'm in the process of building a small house (I mean like 320sf small) on a mountaintop in the Hudson Valley, and I'm pretty much furnishing my house through Meh: battery operated area lights, KitchenAid mixer, 3 of these comforters... Now all I need is for you guys to sell me a pickup truck for $32, and I'm set.
@Thumperchick Yep, but not the kind on a trailer bed. Can't get a permit to build anything smaller than 220sf plus kitchen and bathroom. But still, same idea. It's pretty awesome.
I would love to! It'll be a while, though—I've just started the permitting process, and still have to clear the land, dig the well, etc. Once things really kick off (i.e., when it gets warm enough), I'm going to start documenting the whole shebang. Happy to post the results here!
@hooliep To be super clear, by "results," I mean a single shot of the finished house. I'll be documenting the whole process elsewhere. I hope that was obvious, but just in case.
Bought one last go around and did not have high expectations.........wrong.......love the comforter. Highly recommend......and bought another one, different color.
Just a note to the guys out there... Do NOT, I repeat NOT, call your wife at work and tell her about this offer. I just hope MEH loses their ass on shipping. 3 King size... for $60 with the free shipping. Lose, a-holes, LOSE!.
The video for this is amazing. If I was in the market for more comforters/blankets, I'd bite just for that! Sadly, my Ikea duvet is amazing, and I have an excess of blankets otherwise. <3
I've got to say - we received our comforter late last week and have been using it since - it's a great value! It's actually incredibly soft - doesn't feel cheap at all to me. I don't like to be warm, so I usually don't pull it over me until the morning when I'm cold, but it's perfect as far as I'm concerned, would have expected to pay closer to $40 for what it as at Kohls or something. Very happy with the purchase! Thanks Meh :)
This has been on my bed just over a week now. The arrival timing was perfect: the day it arrived one of my pups threw up blood on my comforter. Onto the bed the new one went!

Winter is coming (giggidy). If you run out of snow on your main page, I got plenty here you can have, for free.
@lichme becauwe you're closest to the top, these are $15.99-18.99 plus $5 shipping on woot for a couple different color shades.
@zacatac http://www.woot.com/plus/get-down-alt-on-it?ref=cnt_wp_14
@zacatac I noticed that immediately too. Meh getting scooped by woot? And Woot is cheaper? Unfortunate.
@toblathe but if you have VMP... meh works out cheaper.
@toblathe you realize that woot was bought by Amazon and the previous owner of Woot now started Meh, right?
@zacatacyou realize that woot was bought by Amazon and the previous owner of Woot now started Meh, right?
@Ssgtdunn i absolutely know that. That's my point. Woot became a place for Amazon to offload a ton of crappy stuff. They have hundreds of products everyday now. I thought Meh's single deal would be better than woots junk pile.
@zacatac @toblathe Those are definitely not the same ones. The stitching is completely different. Those are going to shift a lot more and are not going to hold up as well as the one's Meh was selling.
Oh good! Something to wrap my speaker docs in!
Is snowing!
@Thumperchick here too
@Thumperchick Yep, working from home tomorrow
@Thumperchick No snow for me... 74 degrees right now in Fort Lauderdale and it was in the 80s during the day.
@unixrab @cranky1950 @mehlissa - not here! It's snowing in the product pic.
@Thumperchick I wouldn't be surprised if it started snowing in here. They evidently cannot seem to seal off our area of the office from the loading dock so it is freakin cold in here.
these will go quick I predict
@unixrab you're a poet....and didn't even know it! ;P
@shata anybody want a peanut?
@JonT packing peanuts or normal peanuts
@JonT stop it. i mean it.
@JonT Are there docks ahead?
I bought one of these a while back when they were one sale. Not too awesome at all. Immediately went on the guest best.... because....you know.... f those guys.
@BootlegCraig Is it just not great quality? I'm thinking about getting this, but only if it's better than you'd expect for $20.
@BootlegCraig Totally love mine, as did the recipient of one we gifted.
Yes, sleeping bag/parachute material... exactly that!
@Superjimtendo @ImTheDoctor I disagree. I think it softened up well (of course, I washed it before using it). It's a nice smooth fabric that isn't going to pill, but I have no complaints about the way it feels. I think it's really, really good quality for this price point.

@TBoneZeOriginal for $20, it's ok. I was hoping for better quality, but it's a very warm blanket.
@Superjimtendo No, it's not sleeping baggy at all. It's microfiber fabric-y. I just felt like it was WAY too warm and kind of had a lint catchy vibe. I got the whiteish color, so that's probably why.
@Superjimtendo It's microfiber, so probably not.
@JonT i agree. i bought a platinum one last time and i've been using it since. warm (but not too warm, and i'm in snowville) and comfortable
Purple. -_-
The feel of microfiber makes me cringe.
@eyewerks cringe with sensual delight
@medz Is there any other way?
@eyewerks Fittet sheet | You | Flat sheet | Cringey Blanket
@satyenshah it just better not be a microfiber sheet!
Have all of them been worn by the hobo in the last photo?
I'm not buying unless they have.
No purple? WTF?
suspiciously similar at 16-19$
http://www.woot.com/plus/get-down-alt-on-it?ref=cnt_wp_13
they both look like blankets! It's a scam!
@march5th00 Except this one comes in Brick instead of Bordello red.
I bought a $1000 super-ginormous washing machine just so I could collect these comforters! Whoohoo!

@Tygress oh, you poor babies. We used to use something called film, and the job got done. My heart bleeds for you.
@eyewerks Before that, we had to draw product pictures, with our HANDS! Pepperidge Farm remembers.
@Thumperchick I actually enjoy drawing, and I spend 9 hours a week doing life drawing.
@SLepe I never liked swatches either.
Louisiana... meh.
Your advertisements are sending conflicting information.
@GiantTarget
Blue
Brick
Chocolate
Sage
Ivory
Khaki
Navy
Platinum
White ....
I'm pretty sure there are 9 colors. Is counting that hard, meh?
@GiantTarget Directions unclear. On my way to hospital now.
@GiantTarget and sneaking past ublock. :(
@GiantTarget a six is just a nine upside down.....oooppps, no down in these things
@GiantTarget there are ads?
@GiantTarget The ad has been fixed to show nine.
Nope. Already have about 20 comforters too many in the house. And...that's with 2 comforters per bed and a whopping 4 beds...yup. Do. Not. Need.
Greetings from California! Forecasting 72 tomorrow. Could we have some of your snow please?
@cercopithecoid yes. Move.
I don't know how these could be called microfiber. I got one last time and was disappointed to find it more like a plastic shell on a cheap sleeping bag. It is warm, but not pleasant to the touch.
@ImTheDoctor ok that was what I wanted to know. So it's that parachute type material that makes that awful swoshing noise?
@Superjimtendo Not as bad as that but definitely a similar feeling.
I. was pleased with my purchase until I saw the order id.
unexpected-cagey-bedbug
WTF?
@Mavyn He comes free with your order :)
@Mavyn sometimes it really scares me how relevant some of these totally random order phrases are.
@Mavyn it's cause that hobo in the last pic wears all of them to spread his bedbugs. Mehdbugs.
@brianmc1975 @JonT @hippiechik If it had said 'CAGED' I would be less concerned. Cagey? Not just a bug, but one with an attitude? I have a CAT for that.
@Mavyn Agreed. Not much worse than a bedbug with nothin' to lose.
In for one; going to recollect if I need this we already have 5 in my house...
This again? Meh, but it sure does look toasty warm.
Who's the homeless looking dude??
@hippiechik C'mon, be politically correct!
The correct term is "Hipsters". :)
@pepsiwine aahemm, AMERICAN Hipster or AMERICAN Homeless dude
@hippiechik Aww how does a hippiechik equate facial hair to homelessness? Maybe you were looking into his eyes and meant hopeless? ;)
@mehjohnson to me, facial hair is sexy! I think it's the 5 blankets piled on his back that suggested homelessness
@hippiechik "to me, facial hair is sexy!" FTW!
Looking to buy a selfie stick can you sell them???
No.
@legendornothing Please. Go to eBay for that.
Bought these last year and they still work perfectly.
@harrison has a home guys, calm down.
@JonT Aww, Hobo, Hipster @Harrison has a Home.
Does he also Hear a Who?
@pepsiwine Lol - Never mind me & my bad jokes - that's the pot brownies talking! (Thank you, Colorado!)
@pepsiwine did you get the mixer yesterday to make mass quantities of brownies?
I picked up two the first time these were offered, & I've been pleased. (And I'm tempted to go for another one, too. )
In for 2, the trailer just got warmer. Froze our tushies off camping in the Okefenokee last month.
Are there 8 colors or 9?!?
@clonetek that's the most HD gif I have ever seen.
@Dad heres some more:
formerly sighted blind person here, would someone describe the shade of blue?
@sublimosa It looks to be a pale blue. Like a light sky blue.
@sublimosa It's a pale, powdery blue color
@sublimosa @PurplePawprints @perkalicious thanks!
@JonT thanks
I can't believe I'm saying this, but no purple = no buy.
@NapkinEater can't you wash a red one and a blue one on hot water cycle?
I bought two of these last time and one is still in the package. The microfiber isn't very snuggly. I'll probably give the unopened one to the local donation center.
@VeeDubTDI no snuggle = no buy :<
@katbyter take that to heart... there is a reason
@Perkalicious, I have cousins in ND, they feel your pain. I love living in San Diego.
@katbyter because in california when it hits 68 outside they panic like a blizzard dumped 5 feet of snow on them ;)
@Perkalicious go eat pizza at Luisas
@SputnikHQ I'll google it. Thanks!
@Perkalicious ask for the greatest waitress in the world. She will know who sent ya! Lunch buffet is tops
boring I say
In for two! I've purchased them the last two times, and I appear to have an addiction to blankets.
@iluvmingos I also bought one each of the first two times they sold here. The one is on my bed now, been using it for months, very happy with it. The other is a spare. Don't really need a third, but these are a great value.
Winter is still here? Just saw an ice cream truck with a lot of customers today. Though it is little bit chilly at 65.
I'm in South Florida, it was 85 degrees today.
meh
I bought two of these the last time meh offered and they are great deals.. So warm and made heavy duty yet very lite. Don't need any more but they're still to drool over. good buy for those who are interested.
Is today's Meh face a Goatse tribute(with Chinese New Year thrown in)?
meh, I'd be in at $21 for a california king if you had it. Go big or go home
I have a couple of these and totally love them. Just picked up two more because they're so nice.
Hella good deal
I just got my meh socks today and they reminded me how much I like other parts of my body to be warm, too. In for two.
Yes, winter may be here now, but with Meh's shipping schedule, it won't arrive until Memorial Day.
wanted-grainy-death x_x
Temperature rises up to 20~30 this weekend, so meh.
bought 1... then realized I wanted another. in for 2!
I can't believe I just bought this shit
Nothing beats real down. Both my comforter and pillow is down and I replace the latter about every 3 years.
If you have neck or ear pain after you sleep, try a down pillow.
Mehforter, like a regular conforter, but meheeer?
In 4 2
I'm in the process of building a small house (I mean like 320sf small) on a mountaintop in the Hudson Valley, and I'm pretty much furnishing my house through Meh: battery operated area lights, KitchenAid mixer, 3 of these comforters... Now all I need is for you guys to sell me a pickup truck for $32, and I'm set.
@hooliep Tiny house!
@Thumperchick Yep, but not the kind on a trailer bed. Can't get a permit to build anything smaller than 220sf plus kitchen and bathroom. But still, same idea. It's pretty awesome.
@hooliep If you don't mind, when you're finished, you should post pics of the build here!
This is the view from the site, though.
@hooliep Officially jealous. That is beautiful!
@pitamuffin Thanks. I'm very grateful, not to mention lucky, to have it.
@hooliep gorgeous!
@hooliep O....M....G! I've spent the past 30+ years here in flat-ass Florida and I soooo envy you!
Bought one last go around and did not have high expectations.........wrong.......love the comforter. Highly recommend......and bought another one, different color.
was going to get a king size platinum one. Alas, waited too long. Maybe next time, Meh. Maybe speaker docks are on tap for tonight?
Just a note to the guys out there... Do NOT, I repeat NOT, call your wife at work and tell her about this offer. I just hope MEH loses their ass on shipping. 3 King size... for $60 with the free shipping. Lose, a-holes, LOSE!.
llama?
@mediobarkre llama.
This? http://www.cbsnews.com/news/llama-drama-causes-llow-speed-chase-through-streets-of-sun-city/
Llama
It didn't say llama llama llama last night. Did the page get hacked by someone with a sense of humor?
@SSteve Yeah, I just noticed this.
@SSteve @The_Baron it's because llamas.
@JonT drama llama ding dong?
@JonT save the drama for yo llama.
So, you're telling us that these are stuffed with llama?
YouTube start times don't work here. Start at 3:03.
These look like the same ones Woot had a few months back. They feel like a damn sleeping bag.
The video for this is amazing. If I was in the market for more comforters/blankets, I'd bite just for that! Sadly, my Ikea duvet is amazing, and I have an excess of blankets otherwise. <3
elaborate_precipitous_bedroom
Meh. No black.
Does it come in blue and black?
@BootlegCraig Only white & gold.
I love purple.
Weird, has this shipped for anyone yet? Mine has yet to ship. I'm gonna tell my mom.
@ChosenZero Mine hasnt shipped yet either
@ChosenZero I got a shipping notification this morning. I'd check again today!
@Bogie mine shipped out!
@ChosenZero @buffalojones these have shipped, check https://meh.com/orders for your tracking number.
@ChosenZero Still no shipping for me. :(
@Blacksm1th sorry about that, looks like your order had an issue with the address -- our CS team will get back to you as soon as they can.
@JonT Odd, that's the same address I've used for several other Meh purchases. I put in a support request, and thanks for the info!
My 2 comforters arrived yesterday and I love that they arrived in 2 different styles of packaging. Well done Meh. Well done.
This has been on my bed just over a week now. The arrival timing was perfect: the day it arrived one of my pups threw up blood on my comforter. Onto the bed the new one went!
It is so mediocre. Good thing it was only $20.
Definitely worth the price. It’s machine washable and small enough to be stored away when you don’t need it.
