I used to love bringing home the dry ice from stuff that got sent to the lab at the hospital. I’d bring it home to do experiments with the kids when they were young (and homeschooled… 30 yrs ago). Now I just throw it into the hot tub or the pool. It is really cool stuff.

- @chienfou similarly I use to be able to stop by the shipping dock at work and grab a Styrofoam cooler of pellets whenever I wanted. I would do the same on summer holidays for my little cousins. It was so much fun.
  
  But, time has passed, my company was purchased by a bigger company and now there are safety concerns so my source has dried up. Oh well
