Of course been selling stuff and that downsizing helps too. I do not have the muscles I remember having back when I used to take people camping for a living and could flip a 90 pound canoe onto my shoulders while wearing a 100 pound food pack (this while weighing - back then - around 123 pounds at 5’9" - amazed I didn’t trash my knees)
