@unksol I think the shitshow of a month of April left a lot of people with a serious cope and humor deficit. Combined with the fact that it has been decreed from on high that the goat’s blame thread is no longer worthy of a place in the broadcast pegs, the resultant descent into ignominy meant that it just slipped all of our minds.

@werehatrack I’ve definitely been checking out lately so. Yea. However some lightheartedness might help if people can stay off topic… Idk

Being the goat is both an honor and an opportunity. It is your “task” to accept the (hopefully lighthearted) blame of the mehmbers for the month. You may choose to reply to each of those in whatever fashion you would like (ie accept blame, shift blame, deny responsibility etc.). Some goats pick a topic(s) and post a daily thread as well. Some goats simply check out for the month and you don’t hear another word from them. Above all, the level of involvement is purely personal. You can do a Google search for prior meh goat threads to get an idea of some of the things that have been done by us old goats. I’m also pretty sure that if you whisper some of us we would be happy to point you in the ‘right’ direction. Being willing is (more than) half the battle!

@chienfou @milstarr He said it better than I could have! It can be a lot of fun and some people have been very creative with it; but it’s entirely up to each goat .

@Kyeh @milstarr you can post a daily thing. I introduced my cats. There are too many. You could play a game. Post an interesting fact that you enjoy. A hobby. Technically you could do nothing. But it’s more fun if you share something

@milstarr since there is no blame thread yet, I will blame you here. Please explain to me why,when I put my key in my minivan ignition, I discovered my Tele transporter is broken. Now I get to drive 1084 miles. It’s all your fault.

@Kidsandliz That is most likely a mechanical problem however, I did it. Jinxed it right up so you would be inconvenienced. Haha!

@milstarr Just got there now after 14 hours of driving today (left yesterday), many traffic jams and construction, an 18 wheeler with a bunch of cars on it on fire (that would include all the cars) and finally passed it while it was still burning… Also with a couple of idiot drivers I needed my laser and it wasn’t working either (this is a bottom of the line version so it doesn’t come equipped with phasers). So blame for that too!

Unblame. For the most part the cats did not meow their entire way here (I know from an earlier 2600+ mile one way drive that cats do not get laryngitis). And they are not totally freaked out in this airb&b.

Blame - I almost forgot (I am really tired) - the foam air mattress I used to sleep in the back of my car last night has an air leak. That really sucked.

@Kidsandliz Wowsers! That’s quite a trip. Kudos for making it through, faulty foam air mattress and all!
I’m sorry I made it so difficult. The torching of the cars on the car trailer was the hardest part of inconveniencing you. Took a lot of doing! But worth it just for the spectacle! Right? right…

@ItalianScallion well I did try that manifesting crap. Didn’t work. Maybe I just need to purchase the things I need. No! Wait. What am I saying? It’s soooo much easier to just want something than it is to do something about it. I only have myself to blame this month.
