Just a heads-up, I ordered one of these when they went up here back in April. Left it charging for 8 hours and came back to find it had overheated to the point of warping the plastic. Would not trust again. It’s 2026, all rechargeable l-ion stuff should have full charge detection / protection circuits by now.
@ZPB Yeah, the one I got in April won’t hold a charge at all, and the ultrasonic transducer stopped working. The charging issues are almost certainly a design flaw, probably down to cost-optimization. Might even be why it’s here on meh…

Less than a month and the battery has already failed. Unfortunately I liked it when it worked. Now we get to see how much of a joke the warranty is.
