@macromeh About twenty years ago, I tried to find a company that could make comedy anvils out of smooth-exterior foam, with the name ACME emblazoned on the side. It didn’t work out, more’s the pity. I think I could have set up a booth at GenCon for just those, and come home with an empty truck on Saturday.
@cfg83@mediocrebot yes someone could make AI slop… That’s not a good thing. We no longer have hundreds of people perfectly drawing frame by frame in the walt Disney area. That has changed many times.
As a long-standing resident of planet Earth (thank God for Bugs stopping Marvin from using the “Illudium Q-36 Explosive Space Modulator”), and fan of the original Looney Tunes, I just pray they don’t F**K up the legacy, whitewashing all that made the toons GREAT.
My daughter has played softball since she was six years old. She is now 18 and has never not been the fastest player on the team. They call her the Road Runner. Opposing players know her, coaches know her, as do the umpires who greet her as Road Runner.
Ironically, the team that was our biggest rival for the first few years was the Coyotes. Every Saturday morning, it was Road Runner verses the Coyotes She eventually joined them when we switched leagues. Such an amazing group of girls and families. I’m sad that there are only three more games until she graduates. I hope she plays college ball. I love seeing her in the dirt.

Cross your fingers and toes what with them being sold to paramount and companies just writing down movies that are already finished.
