I am a coffee snob. Make sure my beans were roasted locally within the last two weeks. Store them in a coffee vault next to my Baratza Encore, and my Motif Essentials that I got from meh. Brewed only with RO water from my kitchen. When that fails, I’ll probably replace it with a Moccamaster. Now I’m not crazy, I’m not going to spend 10K on an espresso machine.

- @j37hr0 I’m also a coffee snob, but I only use sustainably sourced, single origin, non gmo, gluten free water
  I have same grinder, coffeepot, but add french press too
