I'm not being notified when someone @ mentions me on Meh
5I am on the mediocre forums and I have the option turned on in my account settings. Anyone else experiencing this.
Oh and since it seems to be a requirement now - change the turn over time, east coast rules, its not fair, entitlement, give me a fuku because i'm a paying customer, the K badges suck, and free speech. I think I got it all, please feel free to add anything I left out but remember to address the actual point of this thread :-)

I've been having a similar issue. Either my inbox gets notified almost 5-6 hours late or not at all.
@Keyeno I haven't been getting anything, and theres nothing in the spam folder
@RedHot What email provider do you use? I use gmail, but not sure if it's relevant to the issue.

@RedHot I think it got busted last night. Email server probably overwhelmed with all the bragging, crying, and name-calling going on. I don't think I've gotten any emails today.
Yeah I'm not getting any emails when I'm @-mentioned, either. Which prevented me from getting that super-important forum reply last night from someone who called me fucking annoying. How else am I supposed to know that I'm fucking annoying unless I get notified by meh?
Oh, and in all semi-seriousness, Meh, being obnoxious is not a successful business model. We get it that you totally scored with Woot 1.0; but it'd be great if you'd learn from the mistakes of that experience and not just keep repeating them. Server crashes being cool is SO 2005. But that shit stopped being cool a decade ago, so step it up bitches.
@pepsiwine Woot "fixed" their servers and it make the BOC purchase process suck hard. If servers are faster, the fuku will sell out faster. That means you'll be able to complain faster when you got beat to the punch too. Now, everyone has a sporting chance. It's fun!
@pepsiwine yay I have proved through experimentation that the negativity is endless and will creep into every part of Meh. Much like the way Meh uses the site to find out what does and doesn't work. Why would they start upgrading servers on an experiment that could fail?

I think the problem started during the built ny bundle. i got emails for the first two responses to my comment, then they stopped.

maybe @JonT knows? and maybe he's looking for something to talk about besides the "other shit". I don't particularly want it turned back on today but sometime when the shit storm has ended would be nice.
Definitely not getting them here. Not such a bad thing for me though. Let's just say I'm having "server problems" and, nah, we don't need 'em fixed. If anyone feels that I'm not fulfilling my goatly duties, please talk to @JonT or @shawn or @MEHcus or @snapster or someone else with a flask. ;-p

@2many2no They're back. I blame myself. Though it doesn't appear to have gone back to previous mentions, so there's that. If I really want I can google search the site, but I think it's best we just write off yesterday altogether meh-wise.

The notifications for subscribed threads over at mediocre aren't working either. Usually, if you check the thread before the email has time to go out (5-15 min.,) you don't get the email. Unfortunately, the notification system seems to have said, "Fuck you guys and your 30 threads of shit talking, complaining, name calling, and asshattery. I'm taking a few days off."
