The company that made those smartwatches went out of business. @mikejudge2, if you need (official) tech support for your watch, you’re out of luck. But maybe someone who bought one of those can help you?
Meh has sold several different Martian watches. I got a Notifier in Black back in January 2016 and liked it. I might still be using it except that the battery for the analog watch died after about two years.
Unfortunately, the watch was not designed for this (non-rechargeable) battery to be replaced. There are Youtube videos on how to do so but I never got around to following one. If this is your problem and you decide to follow that video, read the comments first, as there are several good tips within them.
I could not get my Martian watch to match up with my phone. So I just wore it as a fashion watch…white for summer. It just didn’t work…Then one day I’m in a store and all of a sudden the watch showed a commercial and was talking loudly about the product on the commercial. I could not believe life had gotten into it. Not a Martian, some kind of bot…that just took over. That was it though. It’s never spoke since then.
