At home, out of a ceramic mug, first thing in the morning, but only when I’m awake first thing in the morning, which isn’t likely. Otherwise, At home, out of a ceramic mug, throughout the day.
I don’t drink it everyday, only when I need it, so sometimes at home and sometimes from a coffee place. If it’s from a coffee place, it’s usually a chia tea latte too.
Coffee, you say? Hrmmmm I should give that a try… heh
edit - And @Cerridwyn (Celtic bad ass) sent me some amazing double walled glass coffee mugs and espresso glasses. It’s so weird drinking hot liquid in a glass, but I love them. So, it’s either those or the goat mug that @chienfou sent me. It’s kind of cool
Only at home in a ceramic mug if I’m not going to work. Otherwise at work from a ceramic mug. And never in a green logo cup from that horrible “coffee” joint…
I want it in my stomach ASAP. It does me no good sitting in the cup. A bit of ice in my first cup then I guzzle it. Any cups after that I can sip like a normal person.
Our coffee maker makes coffee that is extremely hot. Bought it right here in Meh.
Generally have my first cup shortly after I get up. I’ll sit down and read this forum or the newspaper in the living room, at which point I create a lap and the cat (Bandit) will install itself. Usually will have to displace him at least twice to get another cup. Yes, it’s typically out of a ceramic mug unless I’m leaving the house early in the morning. I have plenty of bespoke mugs to choose from…
@chienfou Hey! I have one of those old-school Keurig machines too! Bought it ~15 years ago when the kids were in high school and Starbucks was costing too much $$ to support their habit.
I recently dug it out of storage, cleaned it up and now use it most mornings for my cuppa.
@macromeh
I totally despise the ones that have a tank on them. They always taste of chlorine after the water’s been sitting in them… even using filtered water.
@chienfou Nothing but pure clean PNW well water in this household - filters not needed.
(And my old-school Keurig is a single-cup-at-a-time model too - no water sits in the tank.)
Hot and black as my soul
@Cerridwyn The devil, you say.
@Cerridwyn
The only way to drink coffee.
@Cerridwyn I too, drink it the way Captain Janeway intended.

At work from my ceramic mug. ‘Morning coffee’ during my morning, as I work overnight, starting about 8:30 PM.
Brew at home, drink once arriving at work so I have a restroom available in case.
I drink my morning coffee:
All day long.

At home or work out of my Yeti or RTIC mug so it stays hot long enough. I don’t drink coffee fast enough for it to stay warm in a ceramic mug
