I have a speaker dock next to my bed. No joke. I think I've only used the speaker function once, but I like having a charging cradle, and not having to dig around for the cable.
I have a Touchpad I got over on Woot a while back and it's pretty much always plugged in. (Does anybody remember that sale where they sold out in the morning and then found more stock? It was a sad day for me, we'd had an elderly kitty with kidney disease put to sleep that morning and when we got back from the vet's office, there were more Touchpads in stock and DH let me get one.)
Except when I have to charge my dumb phone, a Pantech Breeze IV. I like my little dumb phone, even looked up diphtheria when we were waiting in line for an advanced screening of The November Man earlier this week.
Did you know that there have only been two cases of diphtheria in the past fifteen years and I have no idea why we had to be vaccinated for this, but it was a combo vax.
Anyway, I charge my phone next to my spot on the sofa.
I run through three full charges a day usually. So I have a battery case, a battery pack, charge it overnight on the wall, and plug it into the usb on my laptop when I'm able to sit at my desk during the day. Not to mention the car charger. The only thing I don't have is the blasted speaker dock. If I listen to music on my phone it's with earbuds or a Solo Cup... (cheaper and more mobile than the speaker dock.

Geez, I'm chatty this morning.....
@lisaviolet maybe we will get diptheria from speaker docks if we were't vacinated so as long as we don't buy speaker docks we will be safe?
