@mfladd you know I didn't think to name it until now! It's a tough choice...as a kid for whatever reason I named all of my first 3 rats Max (Max, Max 2, and Max 3, in that order). I even found a drawing I did of Max 3 a while ago labeled "Maximus Rat the Third, Esquire".

On the other hand my all-time favorite rat was named Scout (as in Finch from TKAMB) and I loved that little guy a ton so I think I'm going to have to go with "Max Scout".
