@Barney@Kidsandliz At one point, there actually was. They tried to ship them out so that they’d all arrive approx on the same day. I’m sure they proved that didn’t work, and stopped doing it, but at one point there was at least some structure.

I just love to watch tracking on this shit. Yesterday, they drove it from Ellenwood, GA straight past my house all the way down to Orlando, FL. I could have hijacked the truck and had it in hand already, but as a law-abiding citizen, I have to wait until Monday.

Mine is apparently taking an odd ride. It was schedule for smartpost delivery on friday. On Friday it switched to Saturday. On Saturday they changed it to fedex 2 day delivery and put an eta to Tuesday, but then they tried to deliver it Saturday and left a hang tag saying my last name is not on the package so they couldn’t use the call box for me to let them in the building. Now it says it’s back to Smartpost delivery. I give up. It gets here when it gets here:)

@sligett So, right after I made that last post, which was right after I heard the package arrive, I got inundated w/ emails and phone calls about things I had to attend to immediately.
Believe it or not, I actually left the box on the doorstep for a couple of hours.
I have since brought it in and just peeked inside…
I’m waiting until I have time to do a proper unboxing and take some pics; I’ve waited 3 weeks for this foolish box, I can wait a little longer.
But, like I said, I did peek inside, and while I’m saving the specifics for the reveal thread, I will say that I’m satisfied… happy even, not quite thrilled though.
Mine was supposed to come today, but no luck. And this is after it arrived in my small town’s smartpost location last Thursday. Supposedly it departed for the post office at 3:30 am but hasn’t gotten there yet… seriously? Such torture!

Looks like i’ll be taking a trip to the main fedex facility Saturday. They can’t decide if it is smartpost or regular delivery and so they can’t hold the package at a fedex office and the delivery guy can’t figure out my callbox. Oh well. The mystery will last longer.
sigh Mine left West Virginia five days ago and apparently disappeared. Original delivery date was yesterday. Now… “No scheduled delivery date at this time.”
I guess I don’t get my Fuko. Fedex refuses to deliver it or let me pick it up. They decided to change it to home delivery instead of smartpost for some reason. Since I wasn’t home when the 3 attempts they made the phone rep said I needed to pick it up from the facility. Now I’m told that since it’s a weird hybrid fedex to usps to fedex situation I can’t have it held, can’t have it delivered and can’t pick it up. Ridiculous.

By the way, if you sign up for Fedex Delivery Manager you don’t have to search by order number or whatever; it just shows up in your tracking list.

@ciabelle Just noticed my Fuko left Dallas at 4:07pm Monday, and my Edible Arrangements box left Dallas at 3:35am Tuesday. Nevertheless, both boxes last show being in Cheyenne, WY scanned 3 minutes apart, so most likely on the same truck to eventually arrive on the 24th.
So nice to know that I’ll have 14.1 pound of expired junk food to munch on while learning what four pounds worth of hubmen and chicken thermometers looks like.

@DennisG2014 you can get delivery updates from fedex or usps. I’ve found usps updates much earlier when it comes to smartpost.
@Seeds How? I’ve just been clicking on the tracking number in the Meh shipping notification email, which takes me to the FedEx tracking site, which hasn’t updated since Thursday 10pm.
-If it involves a smartphone app, count me out - I’m a flip-phone holdout.
Mine is apparently taking an odd ride. It was schedule for smartpost delivery on friday. On Friday it switched to Saturday. On Saturday they changed it to fedex 2 day delivery and put an eta to Tuesday, but then they tried to deliver it Saturday and left a hang tag saying my last name is not on the package so they couldn’t use the call box for me to let them in the building. Now it says it’s back to Smartpost delivery. I give up. It gets here when it gets here:)

@sligett So, right after I made that last post, which was right after I heard the package arrive, I got inundated w/ emails and phone calls about things I had to attend to immediately.
Believe it or not, I actually left the box on the doorstep for a couple of hours.
I have since brought it in and just peeked inside…
I’m waiting until I have time to do a proper unboxing and take some pics; I’ve waited 3 weeks for this foolish box, I can wait a little longer.
But, like I said, I did peek inside, and while I’m saving the specifics for the reveal thread, I will say that I’m satisfied… happy even, not quite thrilled though.

Looks like i’ll be taking a trip to the main fedex facility Saturday. They can’t decide if it is smartpost or regular delivery and so they can’t hold the package at a fedex office and the delivery guy can’t figure out my callbox. Oh well. The mystery will last longer.

I guess I don’t get my Fuko. Fedex refuses to deliver it or let me pick it up. They decided to change it to home delivery instead of smartpost for some reason. Since I wasn’t home when the 3 attempts they made the phone rep said I needed to pick it up from the facility. Now I’m told that since it’s a weird hybrid fedex to usps to fedex situation I can’t have it held, can’t have it delivered and can’t pick it up. Ridiculous.
