@OldCatLady I must admit I am glad I missed the demise of daffy duck… fish I can handle, but a duck? Glad it wasn’t a cat or a small dog.

@Kidsandliz This nest has been mostly fish and waterfowl. The NE Florida nest had more variety: a turtle, woodstork, possum, and lots of squirrels. The bill and turtle shell were nest toys for the fledglings.
