@therealjrn hint: 1844 novel
(Aside. My favorite quote from him when someone disparaged his ancestry:
My father was a mulatto, my grandfather was a Negro, and my great-grandfather a monkey. You see, Sir, my family starts where yours ends
)
@Kyeh@phendrick Reese Witherspoon & Cat Stevens have written books, so they technically qualify, but I’m not aware of any books by Barbara Hershey (yet, anyway ).
@ircon96@Kyeh I considered the issue and besides what @ircon96 stated (which I had already checked) decided to do a VERY loose interpretation of “author” as just anyone who writes {bios, diaries, blogs, songs, movie lines, laundry lists, …}. Not to mention posts to this topic were very scant before one of our main creative talents showed up below later…
@ircon96 props galore for this one. I keptvdrawing blanks on Mounds, Rolo, Fish, Clark, Grand Ave.
Glad you and chienfou gave them proper nods.

@ItalianScallion Okay, Richard Kind has read some other people’s books for audiobooks. David Harbour has several books written about him. So it’s a stretch …

@ItalianScallion Well, TIL again; I never knew KJ had written 2 books! I do not keep up with the Kardashians.
@Kyeh Oh right, I forgot this was supposed to be based on authors, not just celebrities. Oops!
As for Ms. Jenner, I had no idea she was an author! I don’t think David Harbour or Richard Kind are either.
@ItalianScallion Hah - and here I just accepted those two as authors I hadn’t heard of. (I guess I should unstar them …
)
But I’ve definitely heard of Kendall so I had to look her up.
