Whatever they are trying to do is working. I was on the fence with these, thinking "I'll probably buy if there's some left in the morning..." watched the orders count up for about 45 seconds, and bought a case. Damn you meh and your impulse purchasing wizardry!
Would be nice if they also had a progress bar thingy like that other site.
@heartny That would be too eerily similar. I like the incrementing numbers.
What happened to the nice scrolling meh button calendar?
@2many2no The Meh calendar was causing performance issues.

I can't wait to see the numbers not move on the next Speaker Dock Friday.
New feature we've been testing internally for a while that found its way out for a few users. Cool that you noticed.
We'll be tweaking this a bit before we bring it back for everyone soon.
@shawn So it's like the movie Sixth Sense? Only dead people can see it?
@heartny Gee, I'm dead? Why didn't someone tell me?
@barnabee Maybe the "K" next to our names means Kicked the Bucket?
@heartny And now we know the rest of the story...
Yeah, the numbers flying by really add to the "auction" type sense of urgency.
Either it hasn't rolled out to me, or no one is buying them now...
Wait, does this actually tell you how many they have left?
@wisenekt Yeah, as long as you know how many they started with.
@editorkid Well I have seen how many have been sold pretty much ever since I started with Meh. I always thought everyone could see that.
@wisenekt the new thing is it updates without you having to refresh the page (I think).
@wisenekt @Ignorant that's right, it was updating closer to real time so you could watch the numbers go up as people bought.
