For that matter, I haven’t run a campaign since about 1981. I still have lots of dice, and somewhere I’ve still got the original boxed set of D&D with the sharp-pointed caltrop d4.

Shut your face! I bought that in Vegas yesterday. It was a toss up between a book about fungi or a fun guy. I went with the latter. I almost finished it on the plane last night. It’s absolutely in my wheelhouse for humor.

@f00l I did know about those! I listened to a sample on the Soundbooth Theater site, but I don’t like them as much as just Jeff doing the straight audiobook. There was just too much going on with the sound effects and music. I’m one of those people who watches TV with closed captioning on, so it made it just too hard to follow along with the words… though I’m sure people who have better audio processing will probably love them. (I don’t have any problem following Jeff’s voice acting even without closed captioning

1 … just finished the series for the 6th time. After months of my friends telling me I should read it, I started reading it to prove I wouldn’t like it…and now it’s a massive part of my personality

@cf1 That’s awesome! I just entered the sixth. And I also just went to a crazy in Cincinnati and they had mystery keychains that were DCC!!! I got princess donut! Though I’m a little miffed that she’s not white and they could’ve made the liquid purple. But I’m definitely not complaining. I’ll post a picture in a minute.
