9Our resident caffeine addict has struck again, taking another step forward in his mission to make us all as dependent on coffee as he is… and it’s working!
He is also now employing diabolical personal targeting on his packaging in an attempt to drive up consumption.

The hot honey really isn’t all that hot. It just has a little kick on the tail end. I like it on a thick piece of buttered toast or a little drizzled on fried chicken 
That was the last of it, so thank you for the opportunity to start a big new batch
I’ll be sourcing fresh chili peppers later this week

I guess I hadn’t had my coffee when I wrote that. The honey, however, WAS from 2025. 
Now I just need to figure out who the next victim will be

When I first read this my mind got ahead of my eyes and I thought it said that you liked your mildly hot honey drizzled over a pickle!

Not only have I not had coffee (or any other caffeine) today but I also haven’t slept since yesterday afternoon!

But no, I don’t have any apiaries. I used to have a colleague who had a few and she would sell raw honey in the office on the cheap 
It was completely different from anything store bought 
And go get some rest

I don’t believe I’ve ever had fresh local honey like that and I definitely didn’t realize it tastes different. I’ll have to keep my eyes peeled and try some.

My mom goes there every Saturday when they’re open. I’ll have her pick me up some.

Well since that was the last of the hot honey I thought I’d try another batch (have you met me?
)
The first batch had two habanero peppers and two serrano chilis. It was tame, but tasty
I have a few more options this go round.
I just need to need to do two things.
Honestly, I’m not very good at either of those so be prepared for HOT hot honey towards the end of summer
Also, I need to tell my brain to not bite directly into a hot chili pepper
