@patentdude@TheDagda You can’t assume that, since there are gas and regular electric glass-top stoves, in addition to induction. I think it just means it won’t scratch your stove’s glass surface. And not all induction cookers have glass tops.
@InFrom@TheDagda InFrom is correct. “Glass cooktop” typically describes ovens with heating elements beneath the glass rather than induction technology, which requires pans and pots to be made of cast iron or magnetic stainless steel.
We received a set of these in a IRK a couple of IRKs ago. We used it a couple of times… we have stainless steel pans that we typically use. We consider nonstick fry pans to be disposable item. Once you get a few scratches or eggs are sticking (with a pan that is at temp), they go in the recycling bin.
Some items to note:
The lids are thick… about an 1-1/4. They may not fit into the plates section of the dishwasher. They also don’t work as well to “perch” the lid on the top of the pan to let steam out, but not boil over. They have holes for steam release, but require a more hands on approach in stove temp management. Which is not us.
The 1.5 qt pan is sized for a can of tomato soup. Fairly small.
The Stock Pan is narrow… may require more water if you are using it for spaghetti.
I hand wash all nonstick items… dishwater detergent is aggressive.
And no, you can not have my IRK. Take the chances and get your own. All pans will be in a home within 12 months.
Would I buy it if it was not an IRK… Sure if I was looking for some nonstick pans. They are well made and stack fairly well. The lids may be a sticking point due to the thickness of them.

Hard!!
@phelmurh and for the 3rd time today!
This does not appear to be induction-compatible.
@patentdude Per the website it mentions “Electric, Glass, & Gas Stove Compatible: Versatile nonstick cookware for use in every kitchen.”
Should we assume that “Glass” means “induction”?
@patentdude @TheDagda You can’t assume that, since there are gas and regular electric glass-top stoves, in addition to induction. I think it just means it won’t scratch your stove’s glass surface. And not all induction cookers have glass tops.

@InFrom @patentdude Learn something new every day! I guess I’m not bougie enough to have seen any glass stove tops, other than induction.
This the best cookware. It really does get clean in the dishwasher.

@wronkerville I received the Calphalon Premier Hard-Anodized Nonstick Cookware, 13-Piece set in an IRK. Best IRK yet!
Consumer Reports gave this set a 54/100, primarily due to the lack of durability of the nonstick finish.
