I tried to take it with this in the background since I am in Houston and the Portuguese team is in the hotel nextdoor. I overlook the blocked off area (fans showed up at 5:4am making a racket and left about 1am last night). I wasn’t agile enough to pull off that photo. So below is the background I wanted.
Apparently all our soccer fans imported from northern climes are all agog at the heat.
And Waffle House.
And Walmart
And Buccees.
And monster sporting goods stores complete with all that weaponry available to purchase.
And monster pickup trucks.
And drive thru everything possible.
We go to Europe to go to the Louvre and eat croissants and perfectly cooked everything.
Europeans come here to go to Walmart and eat ranch dressing and visit Taco Bell.
Ok, you should all have gotten the emails about new SideDeal orders by now. If you didn’t, please let me know because I have been known to make mistakes, and I’d hate to leave you out if you turned up. I’ll also pick up anyone who lands in the next 19 minutes, but be sure to tag me if you’re in those last few minutes so I don’t miss it. Thanks as always to all of you amazing people.
